Shabbat at the Beach @ Point Dume, Malibu – JOIN US!

August 2 @ 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Calling all families! We head to the ocean to celebrate Shabbat with Rabbi Jon Hanish and Cantor Noa Shaashua to enjoy the sand and sea. At 5:30 pm, please bring your own picnic dinner, towels, and beach chairs.  After our friendly 6:30 pm Shabbat service, we will provide challah and dessert! Held at Point Dume in Malibu – parking (with cost) by the Lifeguard Building, we are by Lifeguard Station #2 – watch Facebook for location updates.

From Santa Monica follow Pacific Coast Highway 18-miles west to Westward Beach Road. Turn left toward the ocean, you will pass by Westward Beach (on your right). Continue to the end of the road, and pass through the fee collection station (pay) by the Lifeguard Building, we are by Lifeguard Station #2 . Look for the Kol Tikvah flag.

From the 101-Freeway, exit at Kanan Road, follow it south 12-miles to Pacific Coast Highway, then turn right. Drive along the ocean, until you see Westward Beach Road. Turn left toward the ocean, you will pass by Westward Beach (on your right). Continue to the end of the road, and pass through the fee collection station (pay) by the Lifeguard Building, we are by Lifeguard Station #2. Look for the Kol Tikvah flag.

Dogs are not allowed on trails in the Point Dume Natural Preserve or on the beach.
