Kol Tikvah Youth Programs

IMG_3375Kol Tikvah provides five extraordinary youth programs for our students in 3rd grade through 12th grade.

Students engage in programs that are social, religious, and educational within an informal and fun setting, under the guidance & leadership of our Experiential Education Coordinator.

Creating bonds, friendship, & education within Jewish youth programs — it leads to a greater relationship with their Jewish community in the future.

Kol Tikvah Temple Youth

Kevin, Lila, & Sydney

Kol Tikvah Temple Youth (KTTY) is our high school youth group, open to all 9th – 12th graders.  Our youth group board will hold monthly meetings throughout the school year — planning social, educational, religious, experiential, and Tikkun Olam programs that are packed full of enjoyment, good memories, and lots of fun.

KTTY participants have the opportunity to attend NFTY (North American Federation of Temple Youth, the Reform movement’s international youth program) weekend retreats, taking place on five weekends throughout the school year in many Southern California locations. These retreats are packed full of Jewish programming, socializing, Tikkun Olam, community building with more than 250 teens from other Reform temples.

KTTY Jr.

Kol Tikvah Temple Youth Jr. is our middle school youth group, open to all 6th -8th graders.  Similar to our KTTY group board, we hold monthly meetings throughout the school year — planning social, educational, religious, experiential, and Tikkun Olam programs that nurture, create bonds, friendships, joyful memories, and fun.

Kemach

Monthly service learning projects where 5th – 12th graders have a chance to give back to the community and fulfill mitzvot.  Students must earn 10 Kemach credits prior to their Bnai Mitzvah.

We have created an amazing youth group for our 5th and 6th grade students!  By giving the opportunity to be with their peers to be social, have fun, play games.

We have two events throughout the year, one taking place at Kol Tikvah and the other is offsite.

IMG_0689Welcome to the exciting world of youth group!  Giving our 3rd and 4th graders the opportunity to have fun, play games and be social with their peers outside of the classroom.

We have two events throughout the year, one taking place at Kol Tikvah and the other is offsite.
