Tiffiny Kosloy, MBA, Executive Director
Tiffiny Kosloy was born in Tarzana, CA. Growing up she connected with the Jewish community by being involved in Jewish youth groups, attending summer camp and working as a counselor at JCA Shalom in Malibu.
Tiffiny graduated from American University in Washington D.C. with degrees in International Studies and Jewish Studies. Her undergraduate thesis was on Alternative Prayer Communities in Large Synagogues. She spent her freshman year in Israel on United Synagogues Nativ Program attending Hebrew University in Jerusalem and working on Kibbutz Saad in the Northern Negev. While in college she was involved in the American University Hillel.
In 2004, Tiffiny moved back to Los Angeles where she served as the Program Director & Office Manager for Hillel at Pierce & Valley Colleges. Tiffiny served as the Assistant Youth Director at Valley Beth Shalom (VBS) in Encino for seven years.
Tiffiny earned her MBA in Nonprofit Management from the American Jewish University in 2011.
In addition to her duties at Temple Kol Tikvah family, she currently serves on the Executive Committee of Hillel 818 which supports the Hillels at Cal State University Northridge, Pierce and Valley Colleges. In her spare time Tiffiny loves to spend time with her friends and family and explore all the things that Los Angeles has to offer including community events and festivals, museums, and concerts (preferably country). She also likes to spend at least one night a week at the Magic Castle practicing her magic skills.
