Samantha Duenas, Experiential Education Coordinator
Samantha Duenas has a passion and love for working with children of all ages in fun and creative ways. She has experience in teaching all ages, from preschool to high school youth groups. Samantha has been working in Jewish Education for a little over ten years. She is enthusiastic to be part of the Temple Kol Tikvah family.
As the Experiential Education Coordinator for Temple Kol Tikvah, Samantha is responsible for coordinating the Chodesh Program, Tzedakah Teens, Kemach (Mitzvah Project Program for 5th grade and up), Mitzvah Bus Adventure, and many more aspects of experiential education for our young people. Samantha’s personal goal in working with youth is to engage them in learning through relationships. As a fellow, she is learning and gaining valuable work experience to help build her own professional knowledge.
Samantha received her undergraduate degree in December 2014 from the American Jewish University in Bel Air with a Bachelors of Arts in Jewish Studies. Samantha also has her Associates of Arts Degree in Child Development from Saddleback College in Mission Viejo.
