Why: You might be familiar with April 15, yet are you familiar with April 16? April 16 is National Healthcare Decisions Day (NHDD) and exists to inspire, educate and empower conversations about your goals and wishes and care through the end of life.

Who is this for: This workshop is if you are caring or responsible for a family member and/or need to reflect on your own plan.
