Welcome to Temple Kol Tikvah Early Childhood Center

Our play-based, emergent curriculum and family centered approach builds a strong educational and social foundation for your child. We are a social constructivist school that is Reggio Emilia inspired. Children partner with teachers to create rich opportunities to Explore, Learn, Grow!

Our Program at a Glance:

 Kol Tikvah Pre-school
Stimulating experiences for children 18 months to five years of age with three and five day a week options.  

 

Early morning Drop off
Starting at 7:30 am, students can be brought to school for a relaxed start to the day.

 

Afternoon Care
An extension of the preschool day that continues the exploration. Nap time provided but not required. Afternoons goes till 5 pm.

 

Enrichment Classes
Classes focusing on a particular subject such as science, dance, cooking and more. Class offerings vary each semester.

 

Parent and Me
A parent/caregiver participation program providing a group experience for children 6 to 18 months.

 

Family Education
Events, lectures and activities to enhance family life and community involvement.

 

Camp Tikvah for Pre-Schoolers
Kol Tikvah’s campers enjoy a fun-filled and exciting day during the summertime! Our play-based, emergent curriculum along with a safe and supervised atmosphere is the place to be for your child during the summer months. We are a social constructivist school that is Reggio Emilia inspired. Children partner with teachers to create daily rich opportunities of fun and learning for 18 months to five years of age. We offer three and five day a week options. Low camper to staff ratio and staffed with credentialed Early Childhood teachers.

 

Saturday, November 4, 2017 at 9:30 am – Kol Tikvah Tot Shabbat Morning: Calling all families to play and pray! Join us for a fun, friendly and musical Shabbat service for the youngest members of your family. Enjoy playing on our playground, learning at our amazing activity centers, and praying in a child-focused Shabbat service with Rabbi Jon Hanish and Cantor Noa Shaashua. Socializing with other parents, coffee, and yummy challah to follow. New families welcome!
